Jason Greenwood, former Marine Major see below link...is a solo practitioner in Fredericksburg. He has a burgeoning bankruptcy practice...we previously served together and remain friends, has an interest in subletting one of our offices for client meetings and as a foothold to Alexandria and Fairfax market. He is willing to put 600 a month toward the use of an office...I need to know if you have an interest in doing that...he has no term in mind...I am thinking either a year or month to month....given that we can't predict when we will fill all the offices. Please let me know soonest. I really think this is an easy way to defray costs or throw "found" money at marketing or whatever.
