Plze Call Fed Court and Correct the 1099-Misc

Haytham, the Federal Courts sent you a 1099-Misc to our address today. By law, 1099's have to be in our hands (or sent out by us to our venders) by today. The Fed Courts put your personal SSN on it vice the Firm's Tax Identification Number.

Please call 202-502-1400 and correct it. Neal has the Firm's EINS number.

Attached is what they sent today. I assume this is all Hamama (we received over $20K in 2010 for that case). Their instruction sheet is second attachment. Please call THIS WEEK to get this straightened out, or you are liable for the income on your pers taxes (as straight income) and if not fixed, Neal must call Helen and reduce the fees earned by $7.405.50. I also assume there will be a second 1099-Misc coming per their instruction sheet. Please have them correct that before it is sent.
