Sir,

Capt Marquez asked me to forward this to you. Attached you will find the notification letter from CG, I MEF and CG, 3d MAW. 

I am currently on PTAD for the birth of my son on 10 Sep 11, Brennan Robert Wacker. Although they were discharged, my wife is back in the hospital with pneumonia, so I am taking care of my 9 y.o. step-son and the new baby. I am supposed to return to work on Thursday, 21 Sep 11, but may request further leave to make sure my wife is back on her feet before I return to work. I plan to go in at some point next week to sign the official notification letter.

Please advise if there is further action or information you need from me.

Just FYI, SJA dropped off the BOI notification. It requires your signature to acknowledge receipt w/in 5 days.
