Notice of Depositions

I hope all is well. Please find attached three (3) notices of deposition (Officer Learst, Richard Nason and 30(b)(6)). On the basis of Officer Skelton's testimony, it may be unnecessary to conduct the 30(b)(6) deposition (separately) as Officer Learst may be the person the City appoints pursuant to the subjects/topics listed in our notice.
