RE: Hamama trial



Sir,
The subpoena will be issued by the court.  It will issued with a date of Jan
6, 2010, I will not require your presence, however, until about January 14.
You should block off the date of Jan 14-21.  As we get closer to the date I
will be able to narrow the window to 3-4 days.
