Gentlemen, I can head down to see Christian on Friday Nov 5th and we can
then all meet on Saturday Nov 6th.  Let me know if those dates work for you.
Just remembered I'm at my unit Birthday Ball on the 13th.  So if the 6th is

Gentlemen,

We finally finished our writ in the Wuterich case and I am ready to turn to
our motions in this case again.  I would like to have a conference call
today at about 1500 your time if you're both available.  If today is not
feasible, then tomorrow.

 

We are about a month away from trial. I would like to discuss trial
strategy, witnesses, theories and coordination.  Also, I want to meet one
day during the next 2-3 weeks, probably on a Saturday.  I will be in trial
during the week so Saturdays are the only tenable option.
