Uniforms? Once you shoot us the transcript, please send an invoice to Marcy, my business manager. Can't imagine that McCormack won't want to get a copy and share. So I'm thinking $105 per share? Thanks for getting that done! You need to let me know if and when you want Matt McCabe to testify for Huertas. You/we will need to prep him for that. Of course, we'll want to condition that on reciprocity. Has your clearance come through? Neal Neal A. The total came to $420, and I think Charlie, you and I are splitting it, although I’ll ask Greg if he’d like a copy as well. I have an EEOC appeal due on Thursday for another client that I’ve already extended twice, so I MUST do that first!! We still need to figure out uniforms for the trials, but the judge is having fun messing with the trial counsel on that issue!! I am supposed to be in Charleston on the 26th and I have a trial starting on the 29th. The 13th was so much better, and I already arranged my schedule around that weekend. Anyway you can still have the fundraiser that weekend? I needed to follow up with each of you regarding the National Fundraiser & Support event we are looking to host for the 3 SEALs. Patriots & Politics: Support the Seals 2010. This event will be one of importance to not only raise funds for their defense, but to also allow them the opportunity to have a "weekend away" in sunny AZ & to see first hand the support of so many Americans. I am honored that everyone is in agreement & committed to make this event happen with the clear understanding of its significance to these SEALs. Reading about support is one thing, but doesn't have the same impacts as seeing it. As we have said "if the Administration doesn't want to recognize their valor & commend their successful service, then we the people will do it ourselves." We have an outpouring of people interested in attending & are still acquiring sponsors to put up the total costs for the event. We were initially looking to host this event on March 13th, however based on venue availability, costs, scheduling & now acquiring new parties (Keefe & Huertas Defense Counsel etc) we will be extending the date and needed to ask each of you if March 27th would be a good weekend as we want to firmly set a date according to everyones availability. So please confirm with your clients and or associates and let me know as soon as possible. Its not a matter of if, so much as when. We will be providing the necessary accommodations to the SEALs & their defense counsel & feel this will give everyone enough time to plan this accordingly. I think there was an initial push to make this event happen very quickly, but I want to ensure everyone is available to attend as we will be working hard to make this event one that is special for each of you & the SEALs attending. I should state that we aren't going to pressure nor ask any of the SEALs to speak or anything of that nature. Really its more of a relaxed reception like party with live music and honorary guests such as Scott Taylor, Eric Wnuck, Patrick Robinson (who wrote Lone Survivor) and many others including professional athletes etc. If any of the Attorneys would like to consider speaking on behalf of the SEALs and or to further emphasize/educate those in attendance about the case that would be wonderful. I thank each you again for all of your steadfast efforts & dedications to help bring this event to life. We will make a difference and I am honored to be a part of that along with each of you. Thanks again and all the very best, Graham Ware 480-529-4209 On 2/11/10, Monica Lombardi <mlombardi@militarytrial.com> wrote: Graham,
