Uniforms was a reference to the trail counsel asking the judge
what they can wear, and the judge was messing around with the trial counsel,
who apparently has no sense of humor! I will get with you to coordinate an interview with matt, and
likewise your interview with Tony. I’ve got to get a few things off my plate
before I refocus on these cases, and the transcript’s first. Thanks, Monica Lombardi Attorney & Counselor at Law 4445 Corporation Lane Suite 250 Virginia Beach, VA 23462 (o) 757-309-4764 (F) 757-309-4765 1-888-UCMJ LAW (826-5529) www.MilitaryTrial.com NOTICE: The information

[mailto:neal@puckettfaraj.com] Uniforms? Once you shoot us the transcript, please send an invoice to
Marcy, my business manager. Can't imagine that McCormack won't want to
get a copy and share. So I'm thinking $105 per share? Thanks for
getting that done! You need to let me know if and when you want Matt McCabe to
testify for Huertas. You/we will need to prep him for that. Of
course, we'll want to condition that on reciprocity. Has your clearance come through? Neal Neal A. Puckett, Esq LtCol, USMC (Ret) Puckett &

No, but I got the transcript of the Demartino interview and I’m
almost through fixing any misspellings, and I will shoot it to you, probably
Thursday or Friday. The total came to $420, and I think Charlie,
you and I are splitting it, although I’ll ask Greg if he’d like a copy as well.
I have an EEOC appeal due on Thursday for another client that I’ve already
extended twice, so I MUST do that first!! We still need to figure out uniforms for the trials, but the
judge is having fun messing with the trial counsel on that issue!! Monica Monica Lombardi Attorney & Counselor at Law 4445 Corporation Lane Suite 250 Virginia Beach, VA 23462 (o) 757-309-4764 (F) 757-309-4765 1-888-UCMJ LAW (826-5529) NOTICE: The information

Thanks for cc’ing me on your email, because I almost forgot to
reply. The 27th is
actually terrible for me. I am supposed to be in Charleston on the 26th and I have a trial starting on the 29th.
The 13th was so much
better, and I already arranged my schedule around that weekend. Anyway
you can still have the fundraiser that weekend? Sincerely, Monica Monica Lombardi Attorney & Counselor at Law 4445 Corporation Lane Suite 250 Virginia Beach, VA 23462 (o) 757-309-4764 (F) 757-309-4765 1-888-UCMJ LAW (826-5529) NOTICE: The information

[mailto:neal@puckettfaraj.com] Graham, Sorry for the tardy reply. Both Matt and I have been
incredibly busy. He just confirmed for me that 27 March is clear for him.
I am available, as well. Cheers, Neal Neal
