Good grief.  This is just the REQUEST for docketing for the Kempthorne  
case.  What a load of bureaucratic bullshit the AF uses.  No telling  
how long it will take to get approved or denied.  I thought we'd have  
an answer already.  Didn't know that hadn't even requested it yet!
