If I were SSgt Wuterich's Defense Counsel, the only deal I would make with
Sullivan & Gannon would be total exoneration of all charges against my
client. I would not let these two brow beat me into accepting what I
believe are called "lesser included offenses/ charges". The only type
seperation I would agree to would be an HONORABLE DISCHARGE.
The government and the Marine Corps have wrecked over six years of this
fine young Marine's life. Both entities should hang their head in shame.

All,

Court was in recess today from 2pm and according to NC Times its on hold
while a deal is possibly in the works:

This statement says it all:

A parade of government witnesses thus far have largely defended what
Wuterich and his squad from the 3rd Battalion, 1st Marine Regiment did at
Haditha.

"I can't think of a single witness that I would say is desirable of being
helpful to the United States," Gannon said in reference to the prosecution's

case.

This case should never have been brought forward!

I wonder if SEC NAV Mabus paid a visit to Gannon Tueaday and said end it!

Slainte,
Clo
