I decided I would send you the transcript.  The statements are too numerous
and have been shown to have no integrity.  If you like I can send them to
you.  The important witnesses here are HM1 Slaughter, GySgt Hawk, 1stSgt
Cook, Russell, Cotton, Kadrie and Agent Periard.  The stipulation I offered
for 1stSgt Beale is the truth.  He was intimidated into not testifying.
