Please use the attached as an example for your report. This is the report I asked that you prepare for the case. Your report should focus on the matters we discussed. 1. How the IIS maintains records, loyalty oaths, and admin files; 2. Corruption within the IIS; 3. Nepotism and misrepresentation of field activity to advance careers; 4. Any other information that you feel you may testify about based on the documents you viewed.    Your report needs to be completed as soon as possible. I am on my way to Beirut. My responses may be slightly delayed.
