Fwd: Constitution & the Internet Paper

Gentlemen,

Here was the paper I wrote on 18 USC 2701 et seq. and Warshak v. US. The case was later overturned by the 6th Cir. en banc, and I'm not sure if it went to the Supreme Court or not. A quick Westlaw search would probably turn it up.

I know the case law isn't in my favor, but the arguments are still there.

Judge McKeown,

Here is the final draft of my paper, Is E-mail Protected? The Government's Use of Delay Tactics to Circumvent the Fourth Amendment: A Case Study of Warshak v. United States. I will also provide a hard copy to the Records Office.

Respectfully submitted,

Doug Wacker
