Krysta: I have attached a redline doc. We took your lease doc
and used the word doc "compare and merge" function so it shows
in redline both the changes made by the landlord to the first lease for the
first floor space and our lease comments to the new lease for the second floor
space. Call me if you have questions.
Also, we would like to set up a time and place to meet to select paint and
carpet. Please advise. Thanks.
