	CM/ECF will be unavailable from Saturday April 10, 2010 at 6:00 a.m. through 
Sunday April 11, 2010 at 6:00 p.m.  

CM/ECF will be upgraded to a new version during this time.  In anticipation 
of this upgrade, please review the attached document.  This document explains 
the major changes in the upgraded version.
