This attached document could be useful, if you want to simulate what would have happened if CYNOWA had remained at CSSS and I had weak management. By the way, I was looking for a new position immediately after I realized that my management at ESN WAS NOT SUPPORTIVE. I did not get another review in 30 days as promised. Or 60 days, or 90 days, or even 120 days. All that needed to happen was the Economy needed to get better and I left like a Bat out of Hell. The point is that people like Emery and Cynowa will aggressively lead mob actions against the Boss and other authority figures, as long as they are allowed to get away with it. And if they are disciplined (up to and including termination) they turn into the victim and sue as Cynowa did. In the world of IT in Chicagoland, people like CYNOWA are not that uncommon. In fact, this lead dog asshole mentality is from what I have seen an archetype stereotype In fact, here are some traits that they have in common: 1) They love to gossip, complain and rant against the Boss 2) They hate any and every authority figure who could challenge them 3) They love to be the ring leader of the mob that they are getting spun up against the boss 4) They loathe high achievers in their career, like me, who spend a lot of time and money and energy on certifications outside of work (people like me is who the really despise (http://billslater.com/certifications) 5) They have a win at all cost attitude and methodology 6) They lie their asses off at every chance they get 7) They are extremely aggressive and will not only defy authority, they will go on the attack and try to nit pick to boss about everything they can to show that they are always right and the boss is always wrong 8) They ALL can quickly go from the evil hero to the victim if they get disciplined 9) They are ALL litigious as Hell 10) They hate any Boss that enforces rules and makes them do right, and who is different from the previous Boss who was removed because he let them do anything they wanted. How would I know this? Because of my encounters with CYNOWA, and also because there was a 34-year old “twin” of CYNOWA named Emery De Cavitch, who exhibited every trait listed above. Emery blew up because I laid the law down to the Team and stated that they would get a 15 minute break on the first half of their 8 hour shift, a 30 minute unpaid lunch period, and a 15 minute break on the last half of their 8 hour shift. Prior to laying down the rules, Emery was taking a 20 to 25 minute smoke break EVERY Hour and a 75 to 90 minute lunch break. As soon as I sent to e-mail to the Team explaining the rules about breaks, he proceeded to trash talk and attack me behind my back at every chance he got. He also got a group of people to make up lies about me and got me written up over a bunch of lies and half truths. If you want, I can provide a copy of my answers that I wrote to that lynching. It could be relevant because it shows what CYNOWA would have done if he had been allowed to remain instead of being fired. Ashland Ave. No. 2 Chicago, IL 60622 United States of America From: Haytham Faraj [mailto:haytham@puckettfaraj.com] Gentlemen, I’ve reviewed the Answer to the 2nd amended Complaint and the Motion to Dismiss. I have no recommendation or additions as to substance. There are a few grammatical errors that I am sure will be picked up in the final edit. Every time I dig into this case I start to think about Cynowa’s character. Was there any follow up with any of his ex wives and the young girl who got a restraining order against him. And what about his ex boss at Orbitz and the real reason he was terminated from there? Pardon me for digressing but I thought about these matters after rereading the complaint. Best, Haytham From: John Murray [mailto:jmurray@rddlaw.net] All: Attached please find a draft of our Answer to Plaintiff’s Second Amended Complaint as well as a draft of our motion to dismiss certain counts, which we will file on Friday. Please review the drafts and we’re happy to hear your comments and/or concerns. Ideally we’d appreciate any comments on the draft by tomorrow (Thursday) evening. We will also be getting in touch with Lisa and Bill (either tomorrow or at the latest Friday morning) to get your signed verification for the answer we file. Thanks. Regards, John E. Murray, Esq.
